In the autumn of 2025, I traveled to Kenya for my first visit to Africa. I was struck by the extraordinary wildlife, the vast landscapes, and the relationship between the land, its animals, and the Maasai people who call this region home.

These galleries bring together photographs from the Maasai Mara, Amboseli National Park, and the Rift Valley. They include African mammals and birds, nighttime wildlife photographed from a hide, and aerial images of Lake Magadi and Lake Natron, where minerals, algae, wind, and rainfall create remarkable patterns and shifting colors.

Each gallery offers a different perspective on the wildlife and landscapes of this extraordinary region.
